AuthOMath results at FAME conference

AuthOMath results obtained in Spain were presented at the FAME conference in Utrecht

The results of the AuthOMath project were successfully presented at the FAME (Feedback & Assessment in Mathematics Education) conference held in Utrecht from the 5th to 7th of June. This conference, that was the ERME topic conference on assessment and feeback, brought together leading experts in this field, providing an excellent platform for us to showcase our findings and discuss their implications with a broad audience.

María Sanz-Ruiz (University of Cantabria) presented the work ‘Elaborated feedback for interpreting graphs in Secondary Education’ executed in collaboration with Luis Miguel Soto, Zaira Ortiz-Laso and José Manuel Diego-Mantecón. This study showed that medium-achieving students correct common graph interpretation errors with a few hints, while low-achieving students usually find feedback overwhelming.
